I. INTRODUCTION
2. The fiscal year for the Association begins in January and ends December each year, whereas the season begins in March and runs till February of the following year.
3. MICC will only participate in tournaments within The Netherlands.
4. MICC Board reserves the rights to update and change the terms and conditions regarding membership from time to time without advance notice. If we modify these terms and conditions, we will post the modification which can be seen on the registration form or provide the members with notice of the modification.
II. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
1. Each new member must contribute a joining fee as decided by the Board, indicated in a brochure available from the beginning of each year. The brochure shall indicate the membership features, and when this fee is due.
2. Continuing members shall pay to retain their membership, before the end of March each year. Failure to do so will result in their membership being terminated at the end of the previous year with one reminder being sent to them for renewing their membership.
3. The members are free to choose between different tournament/competition abiding to the corresponding rules.
4. A Prospective member shall be allowed to join a maximum of 2 training sessions without any financial obligations towards the MICC after which they will need to become a full member to continue attending the training sessions.
5. MICC members cannot be nominated to the MICC Financial Audit committee if they already hold a position of responsibility in the Board of another cricket club. This is to avoid any conflicts of interest that may arise.
III. SUMMARY OF RIGHTS

1. All members have the rights to use association equipment and facilities during training, practice and tournaments (when representing MICC team in tournaments).
2. The wicketkeeping gloves of the association may also be used by all members provided such members use their own wicketkeeping inner gloves for hygiene reasons. Buying the inners is the responsibility of the member.
3. All members are encouraged to make themselves available for training and match sessions to motivate and create a positive team environment for all members.
4. All members playing in tournaments shall receive MICC clothing subjected to availability of new clothing to distribute. This decision is taken by the Board.
5. Playing members are required to display respect towards all players involved and play in the spirit of the game, since they are officially representing MICC*

IV. SUMMARY OF DUTIES :
1.Team members are required to pay the tournament fees in which they want to participate.

3.All members comply to have read and understood the 'Game Insider' flyer, which sets the clear expectations for the games.
4.All members recognize and accept responsibility for the risks associated with cricket. Any damage to self, other members, personal property, MICC property, a third party or their property, is the sole responsibility of the member causing it, and will be held liable. In this regard, members are advised to sign up for ‘liability insurance’ and ‘incident insurance’ (‘Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering’ and ‘Ongevallenverzekering’ in Dutch respectively). MICC shall not be held liable in any such event.
V. Terms of clothing
1. MICC members shall wear the provided clothes to all competitions that MICC participates.
2. MICC members are expected to take care of the MICC clothing handed out to them with due care and attention (like a ‘goed huisvader’) for a period of 3 years.
3. In the event a member decides to leave the association within 3 years after receiving the MICC clothing, has to bear the cost of every piece of clothing that was handed out to them while leaving.
4. In the event of irreparable damage outside the cricket field or loss of individual clothing, the member is solely responsible to reimburse the costs incurred for replacement.
5. If a dispute arises for the damages of the clothing, the board of MICC will have the last vote.
VI. TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
1. The squad for each tournament, team captain and the playing 11 selection are governed by the selection framework to promote fairness and equal opportunity.
2. The system will be instituted by a ‘selection / organizing committee’ which will influence team selection for matches and tournaments, and all members are expected to adhere to this system.
3. Outdoor activities are held only between March and October each year, and indoor practice sessions are held before the indoor tournament, if applicable.
4. All prizes, awards and trophies won by any MICC team at any tournament are the properties of MICC. Personal medals and awards are properties of the individual.
VII. EXIT CLAUSE
1.Membership shall be terminated.
2.If a member wishes to leave the association or chooses to no longer participate in meetings or trainings in that year, the membership fees will not be refunded.
