Welcome to the Maastricht International Cricket Club (MICC). By accessing our website, registering as a member, or participating in club activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership & Registration

  • All players must provide accurate information during registration.

  • Membership may involve annual fees (if applicable).

  • MICC reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications.

2. Code of Conduct

All members, players, and visitors must:

  • Respect teammates, opponents, umpires, and officials.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior.

  • Follow club rules, league regulations, and instructions from team captains/coaches.

Violation may result in suspension or removal from the club.

3. Participation & Safety

  • Members participate in matches and training at their own risk.

  • MICC encourages the use of proper cricket equipment for safety.

  • The club is not liable for injuries sustained during matches, training sessions, or events unless required by law.

4. Use of Photos & Media

By joining MICC, members may be photographed or recorded during matches and events.
MICC may use such media for:

  • Website galleries

  • Social media posts

  • Promotional materials

5. Player Statistics

MICC may publish player statistics (batting, bowling, fielding) on the club website or league platforms.
Statistics are used for transparency, performance tracking, and historical records.

6. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or member data

7. Payments & Refunds (Optional—if applicable)

  • Fees are due at the beginning of the season.

  • Refunds are issued only at the club’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

MICC is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury not caused by negligence

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Website downtime or errors

Members participate voluntarily and agree to these terms.

9. Amendments

MICC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website with the updated date.
